Truthful Information: You must provide accurate, current, and complete information about yourself in the application form. Required fields typically include your full name, your location (city and country), your email address, a link to your LinkedIn profile or website, and a brief description of your expertise or the topic you wish to discuss (approximately 100–300 words). By submitting, you certify that all information you provide is true and that you have the right to share it.
Use of Submission: Your application information will be used by The Runway Society team solely to evaluate your suitability as a potential podcast guest and to contact you regarding your application. Submission of an application does not guarantee that you will be selected or featured on the podcast. It also does not guarantee that you will receive a response. The Runway Society reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to accept or decline any guest application without providing a reason or feedback.
No Confidentiality or Compensation: Do not include any confidential or proprietary information in your application. Any ideas or information you submit are provided on a non-confidential basis. You will not be entitled to any compensation for submitting an application or, if selected, for participating as a guest on the podcast (unless otherwise agreed in a separate written agreement).
Selection and Contact: Please allow the team sufficient time to review your application. Only applicants who are selected for further consideration or for an interview will be contacted. If you are selected, the team will reach out to you using the contact information you provided. The Runway Society is under no obligation to return materials submitted or to notify applicants who are not selected.

Limitation of Liability

The Runway Society strives to provide inspiring and accurate content, but we make no guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of information on the Site. All content, services, and features on this Site are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Runway Society and Michaela Leitz disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of accuracy, non-infringement, merchantability, and fitness for a particular purpose.
